Can I come and have a bridal consultation at the farm, on the phone or via zoom?
We don’t offer this service. We can’t alter what’s in the floristry on the day and we don’t talk about the difference in shade of peach, salmon, and taupe… In the unlikely event that you really don’t like a specific bloom you will snip it out of course… but we don’t think you will want to do that at all. All flowers are lovely, and we suspect you know that as well :)
Can I order the posy to arrive the day of my wedding?
The bouquet is put together with many of the flowers IN BLOOM so that your bouquet comes out during the days you keep it before your wedding. The important thing is to have it delivered in advance (don’t think you can order it to arrive on the day (or the day before) Our stress levels would be huge but yours would be off the scale (!) if there was any issue. It needs to arrive early and that means 3 days before (this way if there is any unforeseen issues they can be sorted without hassle).
Are your flowers guaranteed to reach me in perfect condition?
You need to report them to us within 2 hours of the flowers arriving and once they are signed off they are your responsibility to tend and look after until the day. *we will ensure you have full instructions of course.
But I hate mauve and yellow and I love blue and white…
This is absolutely fine and dandy – you need a bespoke florist and not us. We can pick the most amazing blooms from the flowers that come into our floristry each day and our florists will work their magic BUT we don’t know the colours and the textures and what grasses and foliage we will have… We do know they will all be amazing and that there will be a fabulous variety of loveliness.
