Apparently this year 70’s tat and tinsel is all the rage… and each to her own of course… BUT if you are like me you may just be sick of the throwaway glitzy xmas jumper brigade and maybe yearn for a more cosy feel to Christmas… with real decorations not the fake and fancy type. I believe the trendy word for this is Hygge… If so I wish you a Hygge Christmas… Pronounced Hoo-Guh this is a word that means an extraordinary level of cosiness and it’s about appreciating natural loveliness…
If you are cutting out the plastic and finishing with fake take a look at our wild wreath… no bow, no sparkle but made with scented lavender, oak leaves, grasses, wheats, eucalyptus and birch twigs we think you will enjoy the welcome it provides on your door when you come home this winter… and for all the neighbours with their flashing snowmen, and blow up Santas it will send a welcome message of peace and Hygge for the alternative way to celebrate Winter and the 25th….
