Ordering your Wedding Flowers online? A Few things you should know.

Browse our Wedding Section on our website - adding everything you need into your cart. The first item you add will ask you lots of information about your wedding like the date, the location, names of the bride and groom etc. At this stage, if you need any assistance please call us, we are available between 10am and 5pm Mon- Fri on 01981 500930, and we pick up our emails within minutes at flowers@greatbritishflorist.co.uk. If you are ordering one of our set themes, great! If not, and you opt for a 'choose your colour' product please explain what colours you'd like and which ones we have to avoid. The more information you can give at this stage, the better! Also, our DIY Wedding packages are best if you are on a budget as you'll get everything you need and save! If your budget is very tight why not order from our Dried Wedding Flowers range. Please read the product descriptions thoroughly as they contain information about which products can be delivered with our courier and which ones we have to hand deliver. (If you order products for hand-delivery we will be in touch and there may be an additional charge).
Once you have placed your order please be sure to check your order confirmation carefully to ensure that all the details are correct, specifically the delivery date, delivery address, and contact telephone number. This is essential as these details are what will be used for the delivery. We will send your flowers on a priority morning delivery and it’s essential that you are available to take delivery of the flowers, to sign for them and to open and check them off immediately. Your wedding flowers are guaranteed to arrive in tip-top condition so if there are any issues or concerns in terms of the courier delivery you need to call us within 30 minutes of your flowers arriving so that we have time to replace if need be. Your wedding flowers will be tracked by us and will come with full care instructions, which need to be actioned as soon as the flowers arrive.
