The Moccas - Dried Flower Wreath

The Moccas - Dried Flower Wreath is packed with all sorts of dried flowers in beautiful country colours, think lovely creams, burgundy and browns with lovely pops of pinks and purples. It includes wheats, seed heads, larkspur and lots of other varieties.

This wreath is perfect for a party or to hang in your home or on the door (assuming you have a reasonably imposing entrance :) ). It is much bigger than our standard size at approx. 70cm diameter and this wreath is a limited edition of 40.

If you are having a rustic barn wedding or similar it will make the perfect centrepiece for a wedding – big enough to get married in front of (especially now weddings are smaller) and then to take home and hang as a real memory of your day. Inside it will last for years and years.

The wreath is put together by hand in our floristry and is packed with all sorts of dried flowers, grasses and wheats. It has a real country feel and we can imagine it on an oak door or a kitchen wall.  

Perfect for your home – this wreath can go on a sheltered door outside and will last for several months (will gradually fade) or keep it inside and it will last for years and years.

We’ve named our designs after Herefordshire Villages. If you are visiting Herefordshire check them out - they are beautiful, diverse, working communities. The name Moccas probably derives from the Welsh Moch-rhos, meaning pig land. the parish church of St Michael is well known as the site of the very early Welsh Moccas Monastery founded by St Dubricus in the 6th Century. You can often spot the deed in Moccas Deer Park which is run by the Woodland Trust.
